I loved this hotel for its convenience to explore Rome easily. The rooms were modern with new furniture, though a bit on the small side, but surprisingly spacious for an Italian hotel room. The hotel had shocking rooms with dirty conditions, missing bathroom tiles, torn beds, and an unbearable stench of sewage covered with air freshener. Despite these issues, the room had everything we needed. The centralized air-conditioning made it extremely hot, leading us to keep the windows open all night during winter. The service was top-notch, especially with helpful advice and cappuccinos every breakfast. The location was convenient for Termini station, but not in the nicest area of Rome.
