Reviews and Ratings
I loved this hotel for its convenience to explore Rome easily. The rooms were modern with new furniture, though a bit on the small side, but surprisingly spacious for an Italian hotel room. The service was impeccable, always friendly, efficient, and informative, even when fixing a small fridge issue. The location was ideal for sightseeing, though a bit shady at night, being close to the train and metro stations. The dining experience offered plenty of choices to enjoy around the hotel. Overall, a great place to stay after a busy day exploring Rome.
The hotel had shocking rooms with dirty conditions, missing bathroom tiles, torn beds, and an unbearable stench of sewage covered with air freshener. Despite these issues, the room had everything we needed. The centralized air-conditioning made it extremely hot, leading us to keep the windows open all night during winter. The service was top-notch, especially with helpful advice and cappuccinos every breakfast. The location was convenient for Termini station, but not in the nicest area of Rome. The dining experience was lacking variety and freshness. Overall, the hotel was clean, had friendly staff, and a great location, though the room conditions were disappointing.
The hotel is located in a convenient spot near the train station and tourist attractions. The rooms were small and noisy due to the air conditioning issues, but suitable if you plan to spend most of the time exploring Rome outdoors. The service was decent, with some issues like a noisy environment and unclear information on tickets. The dining experience had limited choices and poor quality, but the facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel has mixed aspects with lovely rooms but lacks in cleanliness and maintenance. Staff are friendly and eager to assist, though some questionable policies are in place. The location is convenient for transport hubs but may pose safety concerns at night. Dining options are varied but can be underwhelming.
The hotel rooms were welcoming after a long flight from the US but very small and claustrophobic, making it ideal only for nights with the main focus on exploring Rome. The centralized air-conditioning was extremely hot.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with well-presented rooms and excellent service. The location is superb near Termini Station, but the dining options may need improvement.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with clean and spacious rooms, though it could get a bit too warm. The service was exceptional, attentive to our needs, but there were minor issues like a broken mini-bar fridge. The location was convenient for exploring the city, close to transport hubs despite some noise. The dining experience offered a wide variety, but some improvements are needed.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were really good and well presented, a good size, and I upgraded to a suite which was bright and spacious. However, the room had a strange smell like moisty clothes, which was a bit off-putting.
